Today was the third and last day of the Integrative Healthcare Symposium–I miss the meetings and the people I hung out with. I’m also glad to have nothing to do, nowhere to go.
Sometime in the next week or so I intend to review my notes and the many handouts to frame a list of healthy living ideas and share them so we can all benefit from the wonderful information I learned.
Integrative Health means, to me, common sense informed decisions about how to live your life and care for yourself, your children, partners and elders.
Integrative Health also means making informed political decisions that care for the wellbeing of the earth and all the creatures on it.
Good healthcare is a human right.
